We take a holistic approach to evaluating potential businesses, considering industry dynamics, operational strength, product quality (if applicable) and financial performance. 

Our focus is on industries with favorable trends and growth potential, businesses with solid operational foundations, and financials that demonstrate profitability, resilience, and opportunities for expansion.  

While we are open to acquisitions in many industries, we prioritize industries such as wholesale and distribution, industrial and manufacturing, transport and logistics, health care, construction sectors and various installations, commissioning and maintenance related B2B businesses, as these are areas the team have experience and strong networks in. 

Finally, our commitment to the companies we acquire extends beyond investment. We aim to preserve the legacy of the companies we partner with by ensuring continuity of operations, building on decades of entrepreneurial experience to drive long-term success.

  • Annual EBITDA USD 0.3-4 Million

  • Cash flow positive for minimum three years 

  • Low cyclicality
