Once both parties have signed the confidentiality agreement, the next step is for our team to guide you in what materials need to be provided. To ensure an efficient process, we only ask for the most relevant material in each step.

As a first step, we would require company financial statements, company introduction, Product or Service catalog (if any), as well as key information such as number of employees, year of establishment, ownership structure and company registration certificate.

Analysis & Valuation Method:  

​Once relevant materials have been received, we commence our analysis of the business as well as establish how the business should be valued, as there are different ways to establish the value of a company.

 

During this period, we may reach out for a meeting, to clarify certain information in the material provided.  

 

Due Diligence & Acquisition Process: 

​Once the valuation method has been agreed upon, we proceed to the formal legal and financial due diligence process, which will be handled by our appointed lawyers and accountants.  

​

During this process our teams needs to be given unrestricted access to relevant information, in order to complete the task. 

 

Closing:  

​Once the due diligence has been successfully completed, the transaction is closed, by transferring the funds from our account to yours.
