Through proprietary research and outreach to business owners as well as our network of brokers, we work to identify companies matching our criteria across countries in Europe as well as in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea

CONTACT
Once we have identified a strong business we believe could be a relevant addition to our portfolio, we contact the business owner either directly or with the help of our brokers.

PREPARATION AND REVIEW
​We support the owner and his or her team in structuring the relevant information for us to analyze in order to assess the company.

VALUATION
Based on the information provided, our team in collaboration with the business owner agrees on how to value the company in case of a sale. Once the valuation principle has been agreed, we proceed to the acquisition.
ACQUISITION

To support the acquisition process we involve our dedicated team of lawyers and accounts to conduct a thorough due diligence. Once due diligence is complete, the acquisition can be finalized.

OPERATION AND GROWTH PLANS
Following the acquisition our team of operators get involved in the business and we invest capital to ensure the continued growth of the company over the years to come.
